Built For D1 is a performance tracking and training accountability platform designed for middle and high school basketball players working toward Division 1 college scholarships.

To use the Platform, users must be:

* At least 12 years old, with parental or guardian consent if under 18.

* A student-athlete or someone directly involved in the athlete’s development (e.g., parents, coaches, trainers).

## 3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

* Submit only truthful and accurate training data.

* Maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.

* Refrain from sharing misleading, offensive, or inappropriate content.

If you are a parent, coach, or trainer accessing data, you agree to use this information only for athlete development and mentorship purposes.

## 4. Data & Performance Tracking

The Platform tracks athlete inputs across multiple training areas and generates a performance score (“Grind Score”) and custom feedback based on that data. While we aim to provide expert-level guidance, all feedback is for educational and motivational purposes only.

We do not guarantee scholarships or athletic advancement.

Built For D1 is not a medical platform. Training recommendations do not constitute medical or therapeutic advice. Always consult with a physician before beginning any new training regimen. Participation is at your own risk.

## 6. Subscription & Payments

Some features of Built For D1 may require a paid membership. By subscribing, you agree to:

* Pay applicable fees as outlined at checkout.

* Understand that trials automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled prior to renewal.

* No refunds are offered after the trial unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that:

* Provides false or misleading data

* Violates community standards

* Abuses the platform or other users
